Doors built from antique reclaimed lumber have a look and feel like nothing else. Custom doors are a favorite project in our shop. We recently completed 36 interior doors constructed from full 2 inch thick douglas fir floor joists which were removed from a 1911 downtown Seattle building. These doors are hung on large strap hinges with beautiful thumb latches, individually hand forged by a local island blacksmith.
